Really light stylish double bedroom with a large window overlooking the garden in a quiet street a minute's walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station.

I need to find a new flatmate for my totally refurbished maisonette which is minutes from Portobello road. I am looking for an easy-going flatmate to share this amazing, stylish home.

The flat has a lounge with a flatscreen TV and big comfy sofa, modern kitchen with dishwasher. Large dining area which opens out on to a pretty garden with lawn and patio area.

There is a study - so you can always do a spot of work at home if you need to.

Upstairs there is a spare room which both our friends can come and stay in. The room I am renting out -comes with a modern bathroom which you will have pretty much exclusive access to, as I have an ensuite in my room.

There is a wardrobe built in to the wall of the room I am renting out, plus another cupboard for your use just outside the room. It has a bed and memory-foam mattress. Plus a wooden chest of drawers.

I am looking for a professional who is conscientious and wants a place where they can have their own space if they want, but equally enjoys the company of sharing a flat.

The rent includes all bills except the cleaner which is £40 a month, the flat has wifi, TV and a bike shelter.

I work in TV, I am away at least one weekend a month on average and am regularly out, but I am also a keen cook, enjoy food and wine, socialising, reading, films etc.

The local area is hard to beat, it is stacked with bars and restaurants, the market is just up the road everyday except Sunday, lots of shops, plus there is virgin gym opposite the flat.
