We are Two girls - one is a 24 y/o working in the City, the other one is a 32 y/o working in marketing - we'relooking for a third flatmate to share our flat.

The room is small but cosy, bright and with good storages (big wardrobes), desk, two windows and a double bed.

We are exactly across from Regent's Park, (1 minute walk). In a very quiet and super safe area.

Saint John's Wood Tube station (Jubilee) is a 5 minutes walk, and Baker Street Tube Station (Jubilee, Bakerloo, Hammersmith&City, Circle, District, Metropolitan) a 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus.
We have a night bus just in front of the building going from Angel to Lancaster Gate and going through Oxford Street in 15 minutes.

The main street which is a 5 minutes walk is full of nice shops, coffees and high street boutiques, and there is a Tesco.

In the flat, the kitchen has 2 fridges, microwave, oven, washing machine.

We are quite independant with our busy personal life, but like to share dinner or glass when we're together. We're clean, friendly and outgoing.
