The Flat
I have a two-bed flat in an Edwardian conversion on one of the leafy roads between Highgate tube and Muswell Hill Broadway. The flat was recently renovated and is in really good condition. Brand new kitchen and bathroom. Large living room and hall. The bathroom has a walk in shower and bath and the kitchen is brand new with lots of cupboard space and new appliances.
The flat is ideally located about 10 minutes walk either to the tube or Muswell Hill where there are lots of shops, a Sainsburys, M&S, banks etc. There are frequent 24 hour buses on the adjoining Muswell Hill Road. Also near to Highgate Wood for jogging/sunny summer afternoons and the road has amazing views over London. Free on-road parking always available. No permits required.
The room
The room itself is approximately 13'2 x 9'10 and has a large sash window. Furniture includes a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, shelves and wardrobe. As per the rest of the flat, it's painted white, carpeted, has down-lighters, gas central heating and is double glazed.
Gas, heating, water, council tax, buildings insurance, broadband included. Electric not included but £22/month at the moment (so £11/month for flatmate). Parking free on road. You will need your own contents insurance.

I'm a 29 year-old chap, have a professional career and work long-ish hours in central London. I like the flat to be clean and tidy; I have put my student slum days well and truly behind me! I'm easy going, relatively quiet and thoughtful, happy, moderate. I'm single (and gay) but not camp.
