I’m currently looking for a flatmate for a very modern apartment, located in Finchley, North London. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom for rent is a very spacious double room with an amazing view, and benefits from sole use of the main bathroom. The living area has a good size balcony to enjoy the view of London. The flat is in a secure new-build development with 24 hour concierge service (who can sign for parcels when you are not in etc).

A little about me...

I am a 25 year old professional female working in London. As my work can be quite demanding I normally like to have relaxed and quiet evenings in, either watching TV or reading. On weekends I like to be able to catch up with friends. I am looking for a like-minded person to live with, someone who can socialise with their flatmate at times, but who is also independent and enjoys doing their own thing.

I am a clean and tidy person so would like to find a flatmate who is also clean and tidy and takes pride in where they live. Would like to live with someone who is looking to find somewhere to call home.

I am quite flexible in terms of moving in dates, as the most important thing for me is finding the right flatmate.

The rent...

The rent is £800pcm which includes everything (bills and council tax). The flat also has broadband and BT Vision (similar to Sky) which is also included in the rent.

Transport and the surrounding area...

Excellent transport links - two underground stations both within 10 mins walk. In addition to the tube, North Finchley bus station is immediately outside the apartment block and has 24-hour buses to central London.

There are three supermarkets all within 5 minutes walk of the apartment, as well as a vast number of restaurants, cafes, and shops all on the doorstep as well.
