The flat: A large 2 bedroom, which is very private as the bedrooms are at opposite ends of the flat. The bedroom is a double, fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, and shelves. There is also a large lounge and a kitchen, also fully furnished. (It would suit someone who doesn't have loads of stuff - like their own furniture/kitchen ware/etc, as it is all here already.) It is 600 per month for a single person or 700 per month for a couple - this includes rent and all bills (heat, elec, water, basic phone and broadband, council tax). Oh, and there is a deposit of 475.

The location: It is on Wightman Road, in Harringay. 2 min walk to Harringay Rail Station, which is then one stop (and a 3 min train ride) to Finsbury Park station. Or if you are not lazy like me you can walk to Finsbury Park or Manor House station in 15 mins. Also 3 min walk from buses (29, 141, 341). If you don't know the area, it is very close to Green Lanes, which has 24 hour shops and some lovely pubs.

About me: I am a late twenties professional female, working in law and also studying law part-time. As a result of long work hours and study, I am not around much. When I am around, I have been known to play the ukulele, cook, and watch QI and Top Gear (although I haven't got a tv, I watch things on BBC iplayer). i am vegetarian, but not fussy about people who cook/eat meat.

About you: Age 25+, able to pay the rent on time (everything is in my name, so it is nice if I am not left in the lurch), relatively friendly. There isn't a lease, but I would prefer people who are looking for somewhere for at least six months.
