We have a double room available in a friendly 7 bedroom house share. The room is bright, spacious and includes a large closet/cupboard, chest of drawers and a large desk. The house is fairly spacious with the top floor being an open plan kitchen and living room with a small roof terrace, ideal for summer barbeques.

The house facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, sky TV and internet access (wifi).

The flatmates: There are currently 3 females and 3 males. We are all approximately the same age between 26 and 31, all in different work industries, but all keep to a fairly regular Mon to Fri work schedule. It is a very sociable house and there is usually one of us around for an evening in with a film or a drink over the road at our local.

We are looking for: A fun loving female flatmate who is sociable and easy going. We are ideally looking for someone who wants to take the room on a longer term basis.

Location: The house is located in Barnsbury on the corner of Roman Way and Offord Road. We have shops within a few minutes walk and the 153 bus stop to The City is on our doorstep. Many bus routes are within 2 minutes walk. Within 10 minutes walk you can reach Highbury and Islington Underground Station (Victoria Line) or Caledonian Road Tube Station (Piccadilly Line). The overland service at Caledonian Rd and Barnsbury is also right on our doorstep.

The bars and restaurants of Upper St can be reached within a 10 minute walk.

Cost: The Double room is £525 per month (excluding bills).
An estimation of bills is between £80 and £100 per month.

The room is available on Sunday 28th March.
