Looking for a professional guy/girl to share a lovely house in Finsbury Park with two guys.

The bedroom up for rent is a double with a lovely big window. It's not the largest of rooms (although I'm a girl with a lot of clothes so always need loads more space!) It's got a space to hang your clothes and also I've easily been able to fit in two large chest of drawers in there.

The rest of the house is really spacious including two lounge areas, big kitchen with table area, a shower/bath room seperate to the toilet. Also there's a really nice outdoor space with a table in it - and a BBQ for when it's a bit warmer! Plus there's plenty of room to grow some herbs if you fancied!

The two guys that live there are great, very chilled and also up for a laugh! Oh and they cook great dinners too (to be honest I wouldn't be leaving unless I had to)!

The location is pretty good too. It's about a 5-8min walk, depending on how fast you walk, to Finsbury Park tubestation, which is on the Victoria and Piccadilly line. It has a Tesco's and two great locals just round the corner from the house. Plus it's like a 5min bus ride up to Crouch End which has loads of other restaurants and pubs or in the other direction it's about a 10-15min bus ride to Islington.

I'd say a couple of months minimum stay, but could be ongoing. It's £580 a month plus bills.
