Hi

I will have a delightful double bedroom available for eight weeks from about the first week in December until the end of January.

It is in a gorgeous terrace cottage, set in private grounds.

The cottage comprises all usual things: modern kitchen, front room, comfortable basement, dining room, bathroom with bath and shower, a double bedroom and a single bedroom. Wooden flooring throughout, newly decorated. Very cosy.

You will be sharing with two housemates who are not a couple, and an aquarium!

The cottage is situated one minute's stroll to Mortlake overland train station (Waterloo/Clapham Junction/Richmond), near bus routes to Hammersmith/Richmond. Five minutes walk to Waitrose, shops, restaurants, pubs, the river, and ten minutes walk to Richmond Park.

You must be a quiet professional, male or female. References essential. One month's deposit.
