A room has become available in our spacious 4 bed house share in Withington. We are looking for an interesting and friendly professional to move in with us. We are 3 males aged between 29 and 31 with jobs in academia, the health service and local government. All of us enjoy socialising together whilst also keeping our own social circles. Two of us have lived in the property for over 3 years. We rent directly from the landlord who lives locally and are responsible for finding someone that we get on with to fill the room.

The house is situated on Parsonage Road, Withington. It is less than 10 minutes walk from Withington village and the main bus route into the city centre. Mauldeth Road train station is also less than 10 minutes walk away and has regular trains running to the city centre. Kingsway is also ¼ mile away for access to the motorways. The property is a 4 bedroom semi which has a large combined living room & kitchen, 1 bathroom a driveway with room for 2 cars and a maintained back garden with secure storage facilities. There is also parking at the road side. The house is double glazed throughout, has an alarm, GCH and WIFI. The room available is large and light with a high ceiling and skylight as well as a window overlooking the garden. Furnishings include a double bed, a wardrobe, shelves, a desk and cabinet. The house is a no smoking property.
