Check out our well equipped easy going house (ALL BILLS PAID), the Sky+ comes with a subscription to ALL channels including: Sky Movies, Sky Sport and ManU TV.

We’re looking for one more professional, male or female to share. Ideally you’ll be clean, tidy, well educated and respectful to others and not a hermit; we like to interact with each other but also respect people’s privacy. You'd be joining me, my girlfriend Gill, Helena (30) and Brad (25) in a laid back environment.

The house is a large modern Victorian Semi over 4 floors with a large shared lounge, 4 big bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 big cellar rooms, good size kitchen and large garden with huge shed. The street’s a cul-de-sac, so it's nice and quiet, there's not much traffic and has ample on-street parking.

It's close to Eccles centre and tram station, so it's ideal for commuting by tram to Manchester or Trafford Park. The motorway(s) M60/M62 are only about a mile away, making it great for commuting by car. If you want to walk, it’s also close to the Trafford Centre (10 min walk), with Old Trafford / Lowry about (40 min walk).

The available room is a large double at £350pcm. As mentioned already it has its own TV and your own personal Sky+ box where you can manage / record what you want yourself (up to 80 Hrs), you’ll also be able to use the 8mb wireless broadband for internet access. There is a double bed with memory foam mattress, quality Hungarian goose down quilt/pillows and Egyptian cotton bedding; desk/chair, large wardrobe and a single Fouton/Chair.

If you need extra storage there’s lots of space in the spare rooms, cellar and /shed. One of the cellars is a games/dining room with my solid oak 7. 5’ snooker/pool/dining table and the other is just used for storage at present. Eventually I want to convert/tank the cellars properly, still one for the games/dining room but the other as another spare bedroom / 2nd lounge.

We all get on really well; see photo of one of our Christmas parties in the cellar room (I usually get a Goose and we have a house party). Jacek is leaving as soon as we find somebody new, so the rooms free now. We want to find someone or a couple, to replace him, a person/people who we can all get on with, who will add to the already great atmosphere we have.

There’s also two friendly Bengal cats (Zara/Selina), so you’d need to be OK with/like cats.
