Hi, I'm Emer. Looking for someone to share my terraced house (one double room available). Professionals only. Sorry, but no couples and no pets. Generally a quiet house and area. I work in the city, by the Town Hall, so I know how relatively easy it is to get to town. It's near good bus routes to the city (door to door in about half an hour) and Langworthy metrolink is about a 5 min walk. Very close to Salford Quays/Media City/BBC and about a 15 mins drive to the city centre.
The bedroom is to the front of the house, but it's a quiet street. Bathroom has the standard stuff in it! Bedroom 3 is used as a laundry drying/ironing area. There is a dining room that you could use as your own (I don't use it) if you wanted and the kitchen is spacious with enough cupboard space.
I'm easy going, laid back type and would like someone who is easy going as well (no major dramas), not messy (I'm no clean freak myself but hate a lot of mess!!), someone to spend an evening with in front of the telly or having a chat with, but not in each other's pockets 24/7. Rent is inclusive of all bills (extra would be for Sky multi-room contract if you wanted it!). Deposit £300. On-street parking.
