2 likeable chaps are looking for someone else to share a few laughs with in the heart of Chorlton. We have a room free in a lovelly big old house with a large kitchen, garden, upstairs and downstairs toilets and a great front room with a projector for watching flicks on the big screen. The available room is nice and cosy and of decent size.

We're looking for a young professional to come on board with us. We're both 29 and 30 years old, we like to drink local every now and again and enjoy Chorlton especially in Summer.

The rent is 300 and we pay all bills on top (including council tax) at 150 which includes Sky TV, broadband and wifi.
