Hi All,

currently me and my friend are living in a 2 bed penthouse flat in Sale, but she is moving out at the end of April to live with her boyfriend. The flat is lovely and very spacious, hence the reason I dont want to move out :) It also has a beautiful balcony which is great in the summer for chilling out with a glass of wine. We have our own private car park and it is also only 2 minutes from Brooklands tram stop, which is great when going in to Manchester. Just a bit of info about me Im 24 and work for a sports club. My job is pretty much 9 to 5 but I do work some weekends when we have a match. I like to chill during the week, gym, cooking dinner for friends or watching rubbish TV, however I do like to go out for the odd Thursday night drink :) If Im not working at the weekend I like to do a bit shopping, catch up with friends or go out in to manchester.

Im looking for someone similar to share with who enjoys scoialising but also chilling out and having nights in.
