Single room:
Newly carpeted, the loft bed means there is space underneath for a mini study which is supplied and any additional furniture you may have, there is a built in closet as well.

Double room:
This is a large room with a bay window, it is newly carpeted and comes with a double bed, wardrobe and side tables.

The house includes a Living room, fully fitted kitchen (inc dishwasher), reception room and utility area (pantry, washer, dryer) downstairs.

Also available is broadband (wifi), cable tv, garage (storage), off-road parking (2 spaces), patio and garden with seating to rear. The house is of a good standard, new carpets through out and real wood flooring downstairs.

The house is 2 minutes to Chorlton water park, 2 minutes to the parkway, 20 minutes to town and it is in between Chorlton and Didsbury villages (10 mins by bus to either). As stated there is plenty of parking and ideal for anyone working in Stockport, south Manchester and surrounding areas as it's close to the ring road as well.

We are looking for tenants for two rooms to join David and his cat, David is an easygoing professional who enjoys biking, cooking and walking. We would prefer people who are clean and tidy and ideally be either post grads or professional.
