We have a large double room with an en-suite to rent in our lovely, Huge 4 bedroom house in Lambeth.

A little about your new roomies:
You will be sharing the house with 3 others; 2 gay guys, Michael and Rudi and 1 girl, Jenette. We are all full time workers, and we have to say it’s really nice after a long day at work going home to such a homely house!
We all get on really well and although we all have our own things going on and like having our own space now and again (easy in this house – its huge) we do like to socialise together now and then, whether it’s out and about or at the house, maybe watching a film or having a dinner party, or simply just a nice glass of wine together after a long day…..

….Oh and we also do enjoy the odd gathering/party now and again…. With singstar and the odd disco light ;-)

A little about the house and your new room:
The house is over 4 floors, and we also have a garden, where we have the BBQ area AND a roof terrace with some really nice views! Can even see the London eye and the Houses of parliament! Needless to say, it is the perfect sun-trap in the summer! The house is close to loads of great transport links and you can even walk to soho or covent garden in about 25 minutes…. London bridge/Waterloo about 10/15 minutes’ walk!

In the house:
Basement floor: we have the large Kitchen and separate, but open-plan, Dining room along with the laundry room (which has an extra toilet). There is also one door to the garden through the laundry room. There is so much storage space on this floor too.

1st floor (entrance from front door): We have 2 living/reception rooms which is fully kitted out but we are more than happy for any new additions to furniture etc if you have any that you wish to bring along. We also have an office room with another door leading to the garden.

2nd floor: This floor has 2 bedrooms, one that will be your bedroom (with en-suite) and the other is Jenette’s room.

3rd floor: Another 2 bedrooms and the bathroom. Then also a little staircase leading to the roof terrace.

Yep – this house has it all, even a lovely cleaner who comes in once a week and does a great job!

Your room:
This room is the biggest in the house and has a really nice sized en-suite which consists of a shower, toilet and a sink. The room comes with a double bed and a wardrobe plus a built-in cupboard. There is also some storage in the en-suite.
It is so spacious and has a lovely feature fireplace which you can see in the photos. It really is a must see room.

So… if all this sounds good….

A little about you:
We are looking for either a single person or a couple who are employed full-time, We have no preference whatsoever over single or couple, male or female, gay or straight. Just as long as you enjoy being part of a house share and all that comes with it! We want people who will love this house as much as we do and treat it like a home, and hopefully enjoy socialising with us a bit too.
We want people who are easy-going and don’t just want to live in your room with no interaction (even though it is big enough to)

It’s so rare to get a big house like this, I think you will agree, it has to be used to the full advantage! Ha!
