Hello!

We are looking to find someone to take one of the double rooms in our house. The room is available from the 15th of December.
The room is private and quiet and has a nice outlook onto the rear of the garden. The room has new curtains, a good sized wardrobe, chest of drawers as well as extra space for storage.

The house is very well located, just off New Kent Road in a nice leafy street and just a 10 minute walk into Elephant & Castle or Borough tube stations - both in Zone 1 and just a 60 second walk to the nearest bus stop.

The house is a large three-storey, Victorian 6 bedroom terrace, with a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, microwave and spacious, modern dining area. We also have a separate lounge with TV/DVD and two bathrooms. The house has just been completely refurbished including new carpets, curtains, brand new shower room and has recently been totally repainted throughout. The house looks very good (with brand new TV, Microwave, Computer, etc etc) and very close to a bus stop which has about 10 different buses going passed it (including 3 night buses – very handy after a night out in the West End.) In fact, the buses are so convenient, frequent and fast, you’d hardly ever need to use the underground (but if you did, Elephant and Castle tube station is only 2 bus stops away).
Our house is very international, and an ideal place to meet new people and make new friends – ideal if you’re new to London.

The rent is £169 per week. The price includes all bills, regular cleaning and fast internet broadband access. If you have your own laptop, you would be able to easily connect from anywhere in the house.

We don’t expect a major financial commitment - just one week’s rent in advance plus two weeks’ deposit. When you decide you want to leave you just need to give us two weeks’ notice.
