We have a double room to rent in a spacious and friendly flatshare with two mid-20s guys.

The room for is quite big and has room for a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, futon and space for a desk/table.

The flatshare is sociable with a grad student and part-time worker (28) and a freelance home-working professional (25).

The flat itself is an unusual maisonette in a converted building on a quiet street. It is really big and definitely not the standard 'box' apartment.

There are three bedrooms, a huge open plan living room/dining room/kitchen, a study, a large bathroom and a separate toilet.

The flat is about 8 minutes walk to Borough Tube, 10 to Tower Bridge, 12 to London Bridge Station. Buses 1, N1, 188, 42 and 78 go from just round the corner.

There's loads of nice bars and restaurants on nearby Bermondsey Street (3 min walk) are close and there is both a Sainsburys and a Tesco just around the corner.

The price per month is £600 all-inclusive (500 for rent and 100 for bills and council tax, including water, electricity, internet, tv license etc.). Deposit (£690) and references are required and you will be added to the lease officially.

The two of us remaining flatmates are friendly, laid-back guys with varied interests - from sport to music to languages to cooking. We get on well and the flat is nice and social but we both also have our own friends/lives etc and are out quite a bit.

This would be an ideal place for an easy-going graduate student (who is willing to pay council tax!) or professional who is friendly, generally tidy and up for a drink and a chat now and then. One of us is a light smoker so if you are likewise or don't mind either way then you are especially welcome.
