My flatmate is moving out so am looking for a replacement.

1-2 month trial period, then can extend if all goes well!

Room has a large cupboard and double bed. As my room has an ensuite, the other bathroom is essentially an ensuite, though not connected. Balcony overlooking garden area, washing machine/dryer, and broadband. Large living room with sofas and dining table. Decent sized kitchen.

I'm looking for aprofessional and in 20's. Tidy, reliable and friendly! I dont want to live with a couple (sorry).

I'm not a great cook, but enjoy going out for meals, takeaways, prefer pubs to clubs, cinema, tv, films, and going to the gym.
