We have a very spacious sunny master bedroom available in our 3 bedroom period house. The house is elegantly decorated in a French shabby chic style and has many origianl features like high ceilings, fireplace, etc. It is only 5 mins walk from the Tooting Bec station and is fully furnished with dish washer, washing machine, microwave, wireless, cable etc. All bills inc. We are looking for a professional to share with us (a couple in their thirties) and our 4 year old daughter and our tomcat Boris. We are open minded, easy to approach, cultural and environmental conscious and our daughter has been exposed to many different cultures. We love cooking, in the winter we often have open fire and in the summer we have lots of al fresco dining and lots of barbecues in the garden. This house will suit a non-smoker who is relaxed and enjoy the companion of a beautiful free-spirited cat.

The ideal person will have a regular nine to five job, be very environmentally friendly, meaning we would rather not create wastes or use chemicals when unnecessary. Someone who is good at DIYs and gardening is preferred. This room is at a discounted rate so I am hoping to get someone who loves doing repairing and gardening to join me in their spare time (say 1 or 2 hours a week).
We love upcycling and a lot of the furnitures in our house are restored old furnitures.
