Hi folks,

My name is Sue, I'm 29 & I've got a lovely spare room in my 3 bed home in Seacroft.

The room comes furnished, has a comfy bed & looks out over the back garden.

All bills are included in the rent. This includes wireless broadband.

The house is a mid terrace & has a big comfy sofa - perfect for lazy days. I have a garage which you can use for parking (there is plenty on street parking too) & the back door leads to a decking are which is lovely in the summer.

I have 2 small dogs who are very friendly & enjoy attention.

I am happy with any length of stay, & am looking for someone who is working, over the age of 24, will feel at home & is a sociable type.

If you fancy a nosey, I'll pop the kettle on & we can see how we get on.
