Hi, i am looking for a clean and tidy non smoking professional to share my house in south leeds, which is a stones throw away from the M62, M1 and about 3 miles from Leeds centre.
1 double room currently available (£350 a month; has own TV point, shared bathroom, available from 1st December.
Its a short drive to sainsburys at the white rose centre, or morrisons and the coop are also close by. There are a few local pubs 10 mins walk away otherwise leeds is a short taxi ride.
House has garden which gets the sun most of the day, kitchen diner and living room (on first floor with patio doors). There is a garage (plenty of storage space for boxes) and an off-street parking space; its easy street parking though as the street is a cul de sac. All bills included apart from house phone.
The house is all pretty new, so i'd expect anyone who shares to appreciate that and not treat the place like a skip.
i work in leeds centre and am happy for anyone to travel to work with me (work hours permitting) to save on petrol/ car parking.
i tend to be around during week, but often travel to see friends at weekends. i'm pretty easy going and like to have a good laugh.
