I have a double room about 12ft by 10ft with a loft above for storage, in a shared house in oakwood available 20TH NOV 2011, rent is £330 a month, bond is £0, £400 for a couple with £0 bond, no references are required, i live there with a student charity worker and a female security lady, we all work. The room is furnished with a double wardrobe, double bed and a chest of drawers. There are 3 toilets in the house so you will pretty much have sole use of the main bathroom which is about 12ft square with raised bath and shower and bidet. It is a quiet cul de sac and has a large number of shops at the back which is accessed through a gate in my garden, (if you are familiar with mcdonalds on easterly rd my bungalow is opposite behind greggs) there is also off street parking and a double garage. I also have a dalmation dog who is very friendly called scooby. We are very down to earth and easy going people who are up for a laugh but respect peoples space, we are clean and tidy and the room is available from now. There is also a wash room with washer/dryer. All bills except phone are included. If interested please email or call, I can also help with moving as i have a large van. For an extra £20 a month I can have cable fitted in your room although we have it in the lounge . NO DSS SORRY.
