The house is a stone built through-terraced property with 3 bedrooms, on 4 levels, and a spacious, modern BASEMENT KITCHEN, with a large, separate dining room and comfortable living room equipped with a large TV and comfortable seating. In addition to the bedroom, there are a number of places for additional storage throughout the property.

You will have use of a Washing Machine, Fridge Freezer, Fan-Assisted Oven and Dishwashing Machine, as well as a Steamer and Juicer!.

The house is situated on a quiet street next to a large park with space for on-street parking, in South Leeds. Leeds city centre is a 10 minute bus ride away, Leeds Uni is 15 mins by bus.
