Looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to share a spacious house with a 31 year old female and Cookie the cat.

The house is a three bed semi with lovely bright rooms, a very nice garden with a good size decked area, external storage for bikes, recently refurbished modern bathroom, large living/dining room, with the third bedroom being used as a study/ store room. Modern and clean design throughout the house. Your bedroom would be a large double, very quiet and bright room with wardrobes, a king size double bed and chest of drawers. The house is located in a very nice and quiet area near Lidgett lane/ Harrogate road/ Chapel Allerton/ Roundhay park. Car parking in front of the house, bus stops for lines 3, 13 and 36 are only two minutes walking from the house. Sainsburys/ Tesco shops only a short drive from the house. Chapel Allerton centre is only a 15min walk for great nights out.

I’m a normal, easy going, social housemate, who likes a chat, cook, chill in the garden, do triathlon & climbing. I work Monday to Friday.
