Double room £350 per month.

I'm looking for a female housemate, ideally a professional person, to share the house I rent in Kirkstall. I work as a teacher and now no longer lead a crazy going out a lot lifestyle so things are quite calm and peaceful here - so if you want to share laughs, confidences, milk and the odd meal, get in touch. I enjoy running/cycling, music/gigs, pilates/yoga, cooking, reading, car boots, art, cinema etc etc I also own a cat so you need to be fairly moggy friendly!
The room itself has a lovely view looking out over Bramley Falls Wood and Kirkstall Abbey is about 10 minutes away by foot. The Leeds to Liverpool canal is also not that far away and I often go down there for a run or a ride on my bike. The room contains a double bed and large wardrobe. There is also a small box room that can be used as a workspace. I have wi-fi and freeview tv via virgin media. The kitchen has a dishwasher, which is a bounus if you hate washing-up. The house has a good sized garden, large through living room and large kitchen. There is parking availabe on the street outside the property.
