Single room to rent in my 3-bed semi. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac just off the bottom of Selby Road, 5 minutes walk to a very good bus route and then its 10 minutes into town. It is 5 minutes drive to Junction 46/M1 and Thorpe Park. There are the usual take-a-ways and local shops nearby and Killingbeck ASDA is 10 minutes walk away. There is a large garden and patio area at the back. A double garage which can be used for storage and off street parking is available although the street is very quiet and there is lots of space. The house is fully alarmed and well lit. The area is quiet and the neighbours are very friendly.

The house is spacious; it has a burglary alarm, broadband internet (wireless), Cable TV, new double glazing, central heating, real flame gas fire, and shower – all mod cons. I also have 2 very cute guinea pigs that live outside.

The room has a very comfy single bed and wardrobe with storage. It available to rent out at £215 a month or £65 a week if want to rent on a short let by the week. It would be cheaper than a hotel. All bills are included in the rent (excluding phone calls). Short Term/Part time Lets also welcome.

I am a 30 year female professional, working the usually 9-5 then the usually stuff at the weekend. And my lovely roommate is a 21 year male professional who is great fun.
