This is a family home (consisting of mum & dad and one 7 yr old and toddler 2. 5yrs old).
We are looking for a clean and tidy, friendly/trustworthy professional individual who is looking for a full package of rent/bills/meals
to include:
breakfast/evening meal and lunch on week-ends if required/laundry/housekeeping etc included in weekly rent, this option is £165p/w.
I am also happy to offer room on it's own basis as long as you are clean and tidy and happy to clear up your own mess :-) this option is £115p/w
You will be expected to clean your room on a weekly basis and the en-suite to maintain its superior standards.
This may suit someone who is only looking for a room Monday-Friday but not a problem if its 24/7.
Alternatively would be happy to offer the room on a d/b&b basis for £35 p/n, minimum of 3 nights per week.
We only ever have 1 house guest at any one time.
