Double room with built in large wardrobes, double divan bed, room for own furniture too if required. Shared bathroom with VERY clean female to rent in large 3 bed property available end of february 2012. Close to city centre next to Asda Hulme. On major bus routes 86 & 85 10 minute walk to university campus/15 min to city centre.
To share with 2 professional females straight but gay friendly :)
Rent is £275 per month plus bills which are £40 council tax, £25 water, £10 phone and internet (Sky tv negotiable) Electricity Quarterly.
Applicants must be none smoker and very clean!
On street parking is available if needed, room for bike/moped in secure car park also.
Preferably a friendly person who is a good cook and enjoys movie nights in and the occasional night out. We enjoy our quiet nights sleep so no insomniacs!

Professional preferable but students welcome (if you are respectful of 2 full time workers)
Deposit required is around 550, to be confirmed with landlord and paid on day of moving.
