Hi there. My current flatmate is moving out at the end of September, so the room will be available to rent for a 6months-long contract with possibility to extend. I have been living in this flat since 2 years and I absolutely adore the location. Close to West End (Buses 24h), 6min walk to Westfield, private park included - only for residents, 10min walk to beautifull public Holland Park, 5-10min walk to Holland Park Tube Station (Central Line), close to Notthing Hill, nice bars and pubs around, Tesco next to tube station. Apart from the area.. The apartment itself comprises of nice bright living room, high ceilings, small dbl bedroom (mine), big dbl bedroom (for rent)with lots of storage; kitchen and bathroom and small coridor. The flat has definintely a character and is not modern but very comfortable, clean, very cosy and bright. Bills are not included in the rent and come to about 160-170£/month (council tax + other bills like broadband, line rental, gas, electricity, water etc.)Obviously more to pay during the winter months for heating etc. I am looking for new potential flatmate, preferably a female, professional who respects the privacy, is extremely tidy, has nice personality, friendly, respectful manner, looking for fun quiet person rather than party animal :). I am fun and outgoing person, open minded and friendly but I need my space as well and will respect your own.
