I’m looking for a nice female to flatshare in the bright, modern flat that I'm renting. (My flatmate moves out on 8th August)
The location of the flat is fab! 5 mins walk to Latimer Road tube and 10 mins walk to either Shepherds Bush or Holland Park tube. Westfield is also just on the doorstep. Notting Hill/Portobello Road are only a few stops away on the bus.
I live in the flat with my (well-behaved) 8 year old daughter, so am looking for someone friendly and easygoing who’s prepared to share their living space with a mini person. This is a laidback homely place to live. Def not a party flat but not we're not boring either :-)
