We have a large double en-suite room with views over London available for a couple or single person in our beautifully decorated, three-level, five bedroom house close to Highgate village.

THE ROOM
Furnished with a king size bed, chest of drawers, huge mirror fronted wardrobe, dressing table and flat screen TV.

THE HOUSE
The house is located in a gated mews (increased security). We have a large, fully fitted kitchen/diner plus utility room with all mod cons, a stunning and spacious living room, a bathroom and extra downstairs toilet and a beautiful back garden with patio perfect for BBQ's!

THE HOUSEMATES
You would be living with one guy (Egyptian) and three girls (English) in their late 20’s/early 30’s. We are a friendly, sociable bunch of people who have been living together happily for some time now. We enjoy socialising together, as well as having our own social lives. We are looking for a friendly person or couple to join our household.

THE RENT
The rent is £795 per month for the room with bills of about £70 each per month. The deposit is one months rent.

LOCATION
We are situated very close to Archway and Highgate stations. There is a corner shop five mins walk from the house and larger supermarkets in Archway, Crouch End and Highgate village. We have a bus stop just outside the house which takes you to Archway St and Haringway superstores as well as a bus stop close by taking you to Finsbury Pk. There are many nice pubs, cafes and restaurants in both Highgate village and Crouch End (15 mins walk).
