Lovely large double bedroom w. fireplace and big sash window in bright top floor flat, on lovely leafy st in Highbury. Pls see pics.
Sharing w. 1 other female professional flatmate aged 35 looking for similar professional. Please note this flat has NO LIVING ROOM.
The Room is unfurnished (I have a chest of drawers you can use if needed see pic) and there is a built in wardrobe, so all you need really is your own bed. There is also a shelving unit at the bottom of the stairs that's just for your use only and some room in the attic if you need it.
The kitchen has new washing machine and electric oven, gas hob. Loads and loads of cupboards. I also have put a table in there with a couple of chairs.
The bathroom has shower over bath and is ok size w. shelves for your all your bathroom stuff
I am relaxed, tidy, considerate and friendly. I have a busy job and I get up early so don’t tend to do much in the evening during the week except cook some food and mostly relax in my room. At the weekend I tend to catch up with my friends.
I am looking for a no smoking, nice, like minded professional who has own life but would like the odd drink, meal together but who more or less looks after themselves. Basically someone who's looking for a more relaxed, homey flatshare.
Preferably flatmate would need to be aged 28 to 45, mainly because I think someone around my age has a more similar agenda, but if you are younger and like minded then please do apply.
Location is on really lovely tree lined road, 2 mins down from Highbury barn shops, restaurants etc... Highbury barn has a lovely villagey, community feel and its a nice place to be at the weekend away from the hustle and bustle but still central when you need it.
Flat has great access to parks and green spaces. Its sat between Highbury fields 5 mins, Finsbury park, 8 mins and Clissold park 5 mins. There is a great council leisure centre with a gym and pool in Highbury fields. You can also walk to Stoke Newington Church st from here in 15 mins
Transport is really good. Arsenal station and the Piccadilly line is 5 mins away. Highbury and Islington and the Victoria line and over gorund is 10 mins walk through the park. Also there are loads of buses from the end of the road including 19 & 4 which both go into town through angel and the 398 goes east. Or you can walk down Blackstock road to Finsbury park where there is a main bus station.
If your interested drop me an email, telling me a bit about yourself and any questions and we arrange a viewing.
Thanks
Helen
