Fully furnished big double bedroom with own bathroom available in a 3-bed flat located in Drayton Park (N5) available from 27th November. The flat has an open plan kitchen and lounge, large balcony and 3 bathrooms (the room available has its own ensuite).

Currently living in the flat are 1 female and 1 male(both 25) who are both sociable and friendly. We like to party at the weekends but also chill out a bit during the week – we have a drink/eat together in the flat or go to local pubs etc but all also do our own thing, and we are looking for someone sociable & like-minded to join us.

The flat is fully furnished with all modern cons, cutlery, crockery, microwave, washing machine, TV with Sky and broadband.

The location is excellent with great transport links - 5 mins walk to Arsenal Tube station and Drayton Park train station, 10mins walk to Finsbury Park train/tube station.
Also a short walk to Highbury and Islington tube station and the bars/restaurants on Upper Street.

The room is a really good size double bedroom which comes furnished with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The ensuite bathroom has sink, toilet and powerful shower.

The rent is £800 and bills are approximately £100 each per month (depends on elec use etc) and will need to paid a month in advance. A deposit of £800 will be also be required.

Room is available from 27th November and is a short term let of 3months.
