A stones throw from Clissold Park--great for picnics, jogging, tennis.

Transport: Canonbury Overground-2 mins, Dalston Overground 10 mins, Highbury and Islington tube 15 mins walk
Loads of buses traveling throughout central London, including plenty of 24 hour buses.

We're really close to some great places, including Camden, Angel, Hoxton, Shoreditch etc.

Sharing with two creative students, one female 22 studying MA art business and one male 23 studying a design degree.
We are relaxed, easy going and friendly.
We enjoy nights out as well as evenings in with a few drinks and a dvd, going to gigs, galleries and cinema.

We're looking for like minded people (m/f) around the same age.
Can be student or professional, however as we do not pay council tax, a professional would have to pay a 75% share (not included in the monthly rent!)
