Our lovely inviting house is a large spit floor top apartment in a period conversion house. It has a great large kitchen and large living room with fire place and flat screen TV. A large balcony with a view of London, great for BBQ's! Room is a very large double room with tons of storage and great light. It also has a fireplace! Current housemates are 2 females, both students from London Metropolitan University and are from Ireland and Canada. Both work in PR part time, one in Music PR and the other in Product PR. We enjoy going out, going to the cinema, museums, concerts or staying in and watching a movie! The room is £720 per month. Broadband available. Available asap.
We are looking for preferably a student or a young professional who is easy to get on with and is reasonably tidy and reliable.
