Lovely double room in chilled out flat just off Newington Green (Highbury, N5) for friendly, easy going male/female available from 24th September. The flat has a huge kitchen and lounge, a bathroom and a separate toilet and sole use of the lovely garden at the back.

Currently living in the flat there are 2 females (25, 30) and one male (27), all smokers. We’re all very sociable and like to party at the weekends but chill out a bit more during the week – we have a drink/smoke together in the flat or go to local pubs etc but all also do our own thing, and we are looking for someone sociable & like-minded to join us. We're into all the usual stuff: gigs, festivals, clubbing, pubs, films etc.

The location is excellent with great transport links - 10 mins walk from Highbury & Islington station, 3 mins from Canonbury overground station and even closer to Newington Green, where there are loads of buses (e. g. 73, 476, 141, 341, 21, 236, 393). Also a very short walk to Essex Rd & 10 mins by bus to Angel, or Dalston & Stoke Newington in the other direction - so great for bars, shops, etc etc

The room is a good size double bedroom which comes furnished with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe, but you can fit much more in there e. g. desk/shelves etc if you have your own. It’s at the back of the flat so nice and quiet & a nice view of the garden.

The rent is £515 per month not including bills, the deposit is £675, and bills are approx £80-90 per month including internet. The room is available from 24th September, and the contract would be for 6 months initially.
