We are looking for a professional friendly male (or very easy going female) housemate to join one English guy and one English girl in a great three bedroom houseshare!

The room available is a small double room that is very bright with a large window and off the main road. It includes a double bed, wardrobe and a separate shelving unit. The house itself has a small front garden and all the usual mod cons. It runs over two levels with a spacious kitchen and a separate large lounge room, bathroom with bath/shower and separate WC and storage. We are ideally situated in Highbury Islington, behind Highbury Fields; and only 2 mins from various buses, shops, 5 mins from the tube (Victoria Line & Overland) and 5 mins from the popular 'Upper Street' in Angel.

The room is £595 per month, which is inclusive of all bills (Council Tax, TV Licence, Electricity, Gas, Water & Wireless Internet) and is available from the 25th January.

The deposit is £700.

We are looking for someone very clean and tidy, who is independant but likes to socialise with their housemates when at home, have the odd glass of wine or watch an occasional movie. Liking cats is a MUST, as we have an indoor one who loves hanging out in all the bedrooms and sleeping in the sun. So it's really a 'home' as opposed to a random houseshare, and we get on very well so we're looking for someone with a similar mentality to join us.
