Hi,

I recently moved into this lovely flat and am looking for a flatmate to rent the other room. I’ve only been here for a few weeks and it's great!

The flat is in a period conversion on a leafy street and has a good sized lounge, modern equipped kitchen and bathroom. The flat has just been completely redecorated and is in perfect condition.

There is also a patio which is lovely for eating/entertaining/sunbathing and a fair bit of outside space for storing bikes.

The road is tree-lined on a quiet street and is in a great location! Being only 5 minutes to Clissold park and Church Street on one side and 10 mintes to Highbury corner on the other. There are some great restaurants at the end of the road and some nice little pubs too! Arsenal tube is only a few minutes walk and Highbury & Islington and Finsbury Park are about 15 minutes walk away.

About me - I'm 32, friendly, very easy-going and work as an environmental consultant. As I’ve only just moved to London I’m out and about exploring quite a lot, but also enjoy a relaxing night in with a glass of wine and a film!
