My boyfriend and I, both professionals, have a great 2 bedroom apartment and are looking for someone to rent the second bedroom during the week. Rent negotiable depending on level of occupancy.

ABOUT THE FLAT

It’s a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat with open plan living/kitchen area on the 1st floor of a townhouse. Really light and airy as the sun shines through all day. Everything is brand new inside but it still has original features of old house – high ceilings, sash windows, etc.

Room for rent is a decent size with a new double bed with very comfy mattress. There is a flat screen TV, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Also has access to roof terrace. Wooden floors, high ceilings, crème walls.

Flat has everything you should need – sky, broadband, kitchen is fully kitted out, washing machine, dishwasher, comfy couch, dining table, big tv, etc. A cleaner comes once a week.

LOCATION

Flat is on a gorgeous quiet tree lined street close to:

Canonbury - 0. 5 miles (overland with access to canary wharf and west london)
Highbury & Islington tube – 0. 9 miles (on the victoria line)
Upper Street – 1 mile
Stoke Newington – 0. 6 miles

There are also great bus route from here. There is a bus stop around the corner where the 141 goes through the city and to london bridge and the 341 goes through holborn, etc to waterloo and lots of other places.

There is a great pub at the end of the road and the shops/bars/restaurants of Angel and Stoke Newington are within walking distance as well as Highbury Fields and Clissold Park.
