Great double bedroom available in a fantastic flatshare for 1 month only.

The flat itself is the ground floor, basement and garden of a big Victorian Buliding. The garden is epic in summer – with a bbq and great outdoor table and chairs. The heating and hot water system was recently replaced and upgraded and works a treat! The flat also has a spacious living room and a kitchen with a breakfast bar.

You will be living with four of us - An English girl, two Australian guys and a Spanish girl. – We´re all pretty relaxed and fun people with busy lives. We sometimes socialise in the house, especially at dinner times or sharing a bottle of wine and a dvd – and summer bbq´s of course.

We have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight. She cleans all the common areas (and gives the bedrooms a vacuum and a tidy). This makes life that little bit easier! The house has a broadband connection and landline. The bills come to 80 pounds each per month – That we pay into a kitty. This includes everything.

Great access to transport. 10 mins walk from Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line)/ Arsenal (piccadilly line) tube stations. Good bus connections (19/N19, 4) close by. There are 2 parks in the area, the fabulous Clissold Park is 5 minutes walk, and Highbury fields just a stone`s throw away.

Gourmet food shops line the streets of highbury barn including one of London´s best butchers and a French cheese shop, La Fromagerie. There are also plenty of corner shops, off licences and cosy cafés.
