From April/May 2010 to early January 2011 I have a room to let in a new build flat in N5, Highbury Islington. Situated right next to Emirates Stadium the flat is a short walk to both Arsenal and Holloway Road tubes on the piccadilly line, and Finsbury Park, Highbury and Islington (victoria line and national rail) and Drayton Park overground.
Only a walk or bus ride from the nightlife of Upper Street and its bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and cinemas. Also a short stroll from High Barn and its restuarants and cafes and only 15 mins from the green spaces of Finsbury Park and Highbury Fields.
The flat has 3 bedrooms (1 used as a study), large living/dining room, bathroom, kitchen and balcony. There is a 24 hour concierge, and you will have one other professional male, football loving flatmate.
There is phone, broadband and Virgin TV (XL package with sky sports and ESPN).
