Hi, I have a large double room available in my flat in Highbury/Islington.
I'd prefer a female professional/postgrad student. The flat is on the 9th floor of a new building, with a small balcony and great views across London. Price includes all bills, wi-fi, council-tax etc. The building is very safe and secure with 24hr concierge. It's less than 5mins walk to either Arsenal or Holloway Road tubes and Drayton Park overground (Old St in four mins) is five mins away. It's also within easy walking distance of the restaurants, bars, cafes and cinemas on Upper Street.
The room is furnished - double bed, clothes rail, flat-screen TV, desk and desk chair, shelves etc. Bed linen and towels can be provided.
I'm looking for someone responsible, tidy and easy going. I'm freelance and am away around three nights a week, so you'll have the flat to yourself quite a bit.
