We are offering a double room in a Top Flat Victorian Conversion complete with wooden floors and a fireplace.

The flat is located on a quiet residental street but is less than a 1 minute walk from Newington Green where there are many regular buses to Moorgate, Angel and the West End.
Canonbury Overground station is a 7 min walk and Highbury and Islignton Station is a 15min walk.

You would be sharing with a trainee solicitor and a primary school teacher, both females in their late 20's.

We are both friendly and chatty and always happy to share a pot of tea or a glass of wine. :)
