We are about to move into a beautiful victorian conversion basement flat in Newington Green. The flat has wooden flooring throughout, a living room/kitchen and a small patio at the front and back. It's on a quiet tree lined street and near to Highbury and Islington tube, Canonbury overground or a short bus to Angel.

We are two girls (25 and 27) who are looking for a friendly flat mate. We are both social people and enjoying seeing our friends as well as quiet nights in with a glass of wine.

We are due to move into the flat on the 19th and would like to find someone to share with us. We plan to meet people for a drink in a local pub, on the evening on Monday 15th March. We can then arrange an appropriate time to view the property together.
