I am looking for a Male lodger for my house which is located in NW3
Tube: Finchley Road (about 3 minutes walk from the house).
Sainsbury, Warner Brother Cinema and over 15 restaurants 2 minutes walk from the House.
Train: West Hampstead, Finchley Road and Frognal stations 3 minutes walk

The house comprises of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms situated on 4 floors.
I would like to rent out one fully furnished double bedroom to a single professional person. (No Couples). The room has a separate Tel Line.
The lodger will have access to 2 large Bathrooms. One of which is fully fitted with Bath and Power Shower .
Other facilities to use are: Fully fitted kitchen, Garden.
The house is fully Alarmed and a Cleaner will clean 3 days aweek at my expense.
The price is £770 per month. This includes all bills (Council Tax, Water,
Gas, heating, Electricity, Cleaner, Gardner, Modern electrical appliances, Separate Tel Line)
