Hi!

I've got a great flat on the 1st floor of an apartment building right on Finchley Road. It's a 2-bedroom (1 double, 1 single), with 1 bath, spacious and bright living room and kitchen (brand new pots, pans, cutlery, etc. included), fully furnished, washer-dryer, balcony, and flat screen TV. It's bright, clean, tastefully furnished, and in a safe neighborhood. It's 190p/w, heating is included, and just a few minutes walk from the overground and the tube (Jubilee and Metropolitan lines), and plenty of great shops(O2 center, Sainsburry's, Waitrose, and many others), and restaurants. The 13, 82, 113, and N13 buses stop right in front of the building. Even though it's right on Finchley Road the flat itself is on the other side of the building so it's quieter and the balcony looks out onto a garden.

I am currently doing my masters. I'm easy going, sociable, and neat (but not extremely). I like to cook but I'm not claiming that I'm any good at it, and I like to go out every so often, or have poeple over to hang out. I love sports but I'm not big on watching them.

I'm looking for a flatmate (guy or girl, preferably between the ages of 20 and 30) who's also easy-going, sociable, neat, etc. You don't have to become my best friend but it'd be great to have someone who I can hang out with or share meals with occasionally, but who will still let me get some work done when I need to.
