Hi there

We have a double room with ensuite going in a three storey house in Swiss Cottage 5 minutes from the tube, M&S, and Primrose Hill available from the 19 of March 2011.

The house is three storeys has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge on the second floor and big kitchen in a really nice street.

The room

The room is on the second floor with ensuite, clean, large has a double bed and contains a wardrobe, table and desk..

The area

Swiss Cottage is on the jubilee line 2 stops from Bond Street so really central! The area is quiet and in close proximity to Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre and Gym, cafes, Finchley Rd, food markets, Primrose Hill, Hampstead and Belsize Park.

Who will you be living with??

Currently there are five people who live here - 3 boys and 1 girl so we are looking for a fifth aged between 25-30. One girl works in marketing, we have a special effects guy who works in animation and another guy who works in sales and one in finance.. We would prefer a girl to keep the balance but are not entirely fussed as long as you speak english and are social and friendly.

The rent is £790 per month. Estimated bills (gas, electricity, internet, BT, council tax) ~80-90£ per month on average + 20£ every 5 weeks for the cleaning lady.
Deposit is 1. 5 x months rent

Our landlord is pretty relaxed about everything and will get anything fixed reasonably quickly. We also have an excellent cleaner once a week which we take in turns to pay!
