A fantastic flat share available on a leafy, quiet street in Hampstead. Every single amenity you could think of is right outside the front door; including the O2 Centre on Finchley Road which has a cinema, loads of places to eat, a Waterstones, B&Q, and even a huge 24 hour Sainsburys supermarket (handy for those late work nights).
The street is very quiet and all the neighbors are really nice and friendly. Your new housemates; Mona and James are both awesome, laid back professionals. They both work a lot but do enjoy hanging out, having a chin wag, and sharing a bottle or two from time to time.
The room is a small double but has adequate floor space as well as a double bed set back in a cove like space. I regularly refer to it as being the best nights sleep I have ever had. There is a big full length mirrored wardrobe too. Take two steps out of bed in to the on-suite bathroom! It has new modern fixtures and fittings, and a really powerful shower unit... So nice in the morning. It looks great!
The flat has high ceilings throughout, new wooden flooring, a HUGE living room with circular marble table which seats 6 people, a flat screen TV, virgin media and 20meg broadband, two huge cream leather sofa's. The kitchen has everything you will need including dish washer, oven, fridge freezer and microwave. The flat also has a private decked terrace with table and chairs surrounded by trees and plants.
Bills: We have a system in place which makes payments easy, and it averages out at around £120 per month ish. This includes a cleaner every Friday, she also cleans your bathroom as well as the main house! So nice :) There is a one off referencing agency fee of £140 to move in, but the process is really fast and easy.
Busses leave from right outside the house in so many directions... you can literally get anywhere! including night busses! The Jubilee and metropolitan lines are less than 1 minute walk and there is an overground station within 5 minutes. I regrettably leave this house due to business (isn't it always...) as the housemates, the room and the location are all perfect.
