We are looking for a new housemate to join us in a nice cozy top floor flat in Hampstead.

We have a room available just moments away from fantastic transport links (Finchley Rd, Hampstead Underground station as well as Finchley Rd & Frognal Overground Station and various buses to Central London)

Ideally, we are looking for someone who is outgoing, fun, and interesting. You will be living with two females (1 American/Italian and 1 Australian), mid-late 20’s who work full time during the week and generally like to make the most of the weekend nights. We are out often as we are very sociable, but at the same time have a love for a day or night-in on the couch, in the kitchen or on the balcony – weather permitting. We also enjoy a good Sunday session at our local.

We would like a professional between the ages of 24-32, no preference to gender.

Now for details of the room:
The room has built-in wardrobes (both hanging and shelves), a double bed, a chest of drawers and a skylight that opens fully. This room is warmest in winter and relatively light and bright all year round. The dimensions are 2. 65 x 3. 02 meters (8. 6 x 10 feet).

The flat has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 is an en suite), separate kitchen, lounge and a balcony, but by no means is it a spacious palatial palace.

If you’re into music, travel, art, pubbing, clubbing, food, cooking, are clean, can and do clean and are tidy (this is a must!!!) we would like to hear from you.
