It's 1 minute from Gospel Oak train station and Hampstead Heath (nearest to Parliament Hill and a 60m outdoor public swimming pool). It is also 15 minutes walk (or 5 minutes on buses 214/C2) from Kentish Town tube and train station (northern line and overland trains - 9 minutes to Farringdon). Easy 15 minutes walk from Camden or Highgate Village.
Rent is £610 a month including ALL bills (incl. VirginXXL broadband, Sky TotalTV, council tax, gas, electricity etc) - very good value for the area. Looking for someone who wants to rent for a minimum of 3/4 months.
